FOUNDER & PRESIDENT OF RAGNARTECH INC.

Anders Ragnarsson

Born in Sweden in 1961 and raised on a dairy farm, Anders moved permanently to the United States in 1983. 

EDUCATION/TRAINING

Anders studied mechanical engineering and heavy equipment repair and completed military service in the Air Force. 

EXPERIENCE

  • Owner and Operator of Ragnarsson Tree Care, specializing in difficult tree removal. 
  • Founder and President of Continental Biomass Industries (CBI) – 1988–2015 
    Under Anders’s leadership, CBI became known as a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of biomass processing equipment. 
  • Founder and President of Ragnar Original Innovation (ROI) – 2016-2019 
    From concept to production, Anders led ROI in developing the Carbonator line of Biochar producing wood conversion systems. The company was acquired by Tigercat Industries of Toronto, Canada in 2019, after which Anders continued to serve part-time as VP for the material processing side (TMP), leading the development of the company’s line of grinders. 
  • Anders is currently the Founder and President of RagnarTech Inc. With decades of experience under his belt, he’s now focused on leading the trusted RagnarTech team as they once more design a complete line of material processing equipment. He is committed to again setting a new standard for excellence in the industry, ensuring the future success of his team, and exceeding the high expectations of his customers.  
Vice President

Nate Eskeland

He started at CBI as a shop assembly mechanic, moving up in the ranks to become the Parts and Service Department manager for the $12m per year portion of the business. Nate then joined the Equipment Sales Department, where he excelled. He later went on to enjoy a successful career at High Ground Equipment before joining the team at RagnarTech, Inc. Nate brings more than 20 years of experience to his well-deserved role of Vice President and Director of Sales at RagnarTech.  

Engineering Manager

Matt Skinner

Matt served as head of Stationary Recycling System Engineering at CBI for 17 years, working on everything from electric–powered grinders to a complete multi-million dollar recycling system. He then joined the Ragnar Original Innovation engineering department to work on the Carbonator project, while transitioning to Tigercat to help develop a new line of grinders and chippers. With 23 years of experience in the field, Matt joined RagnarTech as Engineering Manager in January 2022.  

Director Of Attachment Sales

Greg White

After serving for 8 years in the U.S. Army, Greg began his career in the field as an inside sales representative with John Deere, and quickly worked his way up to an outside sales role. From there, Greg spent the next 8 years in the compact world, with JCB and Bobcat, as a territory manager, eventually becoming Sales Manager for Bobcat of New Hampshire. Greg then brought his passion for compact equipment and innovation to the tiltrotator world, working at Rototilt before joining RagnarTech as Director of Attachment Sales.  

Design Engineer

Spencer Sullivan

Spencer began his career in 2019 with Ragnar Original Innovation, transitioning to the engineering team at Tigercat later that year, where he helped develop a new line of chippers and grinders. He joined RagnarTech in April 2023 and now heads up our grinder division. 

Parts and Service Manager

Dan Chiumiento

Proficient in field service and mechanic assembly, fabrication, and technical sales, Dan formerly served as Milton Cat Field Service Supervisor. He brings 15 years of combined experience in troubleshooting and maintaining heavy equipment to his role as Parts and Service Manager at RagnarTech. 

Jason-Gaudette
Shop Lead

Jason Gaudette

With over 20 years of experience running heavy equipment in the wood processing environment, Jason joined RagnarTech as Shop Lead in January 2021.  Proficient in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical assembly, his responsibilities include assembling attachments, inventory control, shipping and receiving, customer troubleshooting, and handling parts orders.  

Operations Manager

NANCY CRINKLAW

Nancy joined RagnarTech Inc. as Operations Manager in December 2022, bringing 25 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations. She spent over a decade at CBI, in positions that spanned Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and Materials Management. Nancy then went on to a successful career in medical device manufacturing, serving as Master Scheduler for Seabrook Medical, and later as Supply Chain Manager at Tecomet, Inc. Before joining RagnarTech, Nancy worked for OEM SencorpWhite as VP of Supply Chain. She is CPIM and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified. 

AP/AR Analyst

SHIRLEY MELANSON

With over 10 years of experience in accounting for the medical and healthcare industry, Shirley joined RagnarTech in June 2023. She handles all AP/AR-related tasks and assists wherever needed with other projects.  

Design Engineer

Nathan Labrecque

Nathan joined RagnarTech for the summer of 2023, working as a Design Engineer while completing his Engineering degree, and began working full-time in May 2024. Known for his perfectionism and attention to detail, he is responsible for our attachments division and assists on all RagnarTech design projects.

JAK from Finland is the world’s leading manufacturer of grapple tree shears for excavators between 3-40 tons. As the exclusive U.S. dealer, RagnarTech provides fast delivery of units and parts from domestic inventory, customizing fit ups to each carrier.

RAGNARTECH BECOMES EXCLUSIVE USA DEALER FOR UFKES GREENTEC - January 2023

Ufkes from Holland is the premier supplier of chippers for the tree care industry worldwide. RagnarTech provides fast delivery of Ufkes machines, parts and service, as well as customization to suit various carriers, applications, and trailer configurations.

Sherbrooke OEM, a premier supplier of Recycling Systems and a world leader in optical sorting technology, partnered with RagnarTech to bring an unprecedented line up of sorting and material processing technology to market.

RagnarTech joins forces with Allbach - August 2023

Albach, a world leader in manufacturing chippers and crane technology, joined forces with RagnarTech to develop the next generation all-terrain, road worthy chassis with customized booms for the tree care industry. The superior designs from our two companies have been integrated to provide the best overall solution for the tree care industry and other markets.

RagnarTech joins forces with Grupo Gusi - May 2024

We were pleased to receive an order from Grupo Gusi in Mexico, one of the largest, most well-run cattle farms and meat processing companies in the world. With 40 tons of ground hay required per hour to feed over 300,000 heads of cattle, they chose Ragnartech’s new 9700 HZ grinder for the job. One of the many benefits of the 9700 over other grinders is its ability to cut hay to a specified size. By maintaining high production and reduced power consumption per processed ton, our grinder minimizes the chance of unwanted fines. We wish to extend a special thanks to the wonderful Gutierrez family for their trust in Ragnartech!
