FOUNDER & PRESIDENT OF RAGNARTECH INC.

Anders Ragnarsson

Born in Sweden in 1961 and raised on a dairy farm. Anders moved permanently to the United States in 1983.

EDUCATION/TRAINING

Mechanical engineering and heavy equipment repair. Completed military service in the Air Force.

EXPERIENCE

  • Owner and Operator of Ragnarsson Tree Care
    A specialist in difficult tree removal.
  • Founder and President of Continental Biomass Industries (C.B.I.) – Newton, NH | 1988 – 2015
    Under Anders’s leadership, C.B.I. became known as a worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of biomass processing equipment.
  • Founder and President of Ragnar Original Innovation (ROI) – 2016-2019
    Under Anders’ leadership, ROI developed from concept to reality the Carbonator line of Biochar producing wood conversion system.  The company was acquired by Tigercat Industries of Toronto Canada in 2019.  Anders served part-time as the VP for the material processing side (TMP) leading to the development of their line of grinders.
  • He currently is the Founder and President of RagnarTech Inc. with the total focus to lead the experienced and trusted RagnarTech team to once more design a complete line of material processing equipment that again sets a new standard. Insuring the future of the team, while serving the customers needs better than all other alternatives. 
Vice President

Nate Eskeland

20+ years of experience in related fields. Started at CBI as a shop assembly mechanic, grew in the ranks of service to become the Parts and Service Department manager for the $12m per year portion of the CBI business and later joined and succeeded in the Equipment Sales Department.    Nate later went on to a successful career at High Ground Equipment before joining RagnarTech, Inc in the well-deserved role of Vice President including Director of Sales. 

Engineering Manager

Matt Skinner

23 years of experience in the related field. Head of all stationary recycling system engineering at CBI for 17 years, including everything from an electric powered grinder to a complete multi-million recycling system. Later joining ROI’ engineering department working on the Carbonator project, while transitioning to Tigercat to help develop the new line of grinders and chippers. Joined RagnarTech in January 2022.

Director Of Attachment Sales

Greg White

13 years of experience in related fields. After serving 8 years in the US Army, Greg started as an inside sales representative with John Deere and quickly worked his way into an outside sales role.

After John Deere Greg spent the next 8 years in the compact world with JCB and Bobcat as a territory manager eventually working his way to become a sales manager for Bobcat of New Hampshire. Greg then took his passion for compact equipment and innovation and entered the tiltrotator world with Rototilt before joining RagnarTech as the Director of Attachment Sales.

Design Engineer

Spencer Sullivan

Spencer began his career in 2019 with ROI and transitioned to Tigercat later that year as part of the engineering team where he helped to develop the new line of chippers and grinders. He joined RagnarTech in April 2023 and now heads up our grinder division.

Parts and Service Manager

Dan Chiumiento

Proficient in field service and mechanic assembly, fabrication and technical sales, Formerly Milton Cat field service supervisor. 15 years combined experience trouble shooting and maintaining heavy equipment.

Jason-Gaudette
Shop Lead

Jason Gaudette

Joined RagnarTech in January 2021 as the Shop Lead. Bringing over 20 years of experience in running heavy equipment in the wood processing environment. Proficient in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical assembly. Responsibilities include assembling attachments, inventory control, shipping and recieving, troubleshooting with customers and handling parts orders. 

Operations Manager

NANCY CRINKLAW

Nancy has joined RagnarTech Inc, as Operations Manager as of 12/7/2022. Nancy brings 25 years’ experience in Manufacturing Operations having held various positions at CBI for over a decade, spanning Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and Materials Management. She went on to a successful career in Medical device manufacturing as Master Scheduler for Seabrook Medical and later Supply Chain Manager at Tecomet, Inc. Before joining RagnarTech Nancy worked for OEM SencorpWhite as VP of Supply chain. Nancy is CPIM and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.

AP/AR Analyst

SHIRLEY MELANSON

Joined RagnarTech in June 2023 with 10+ years experience in AP/AR from the medical and health care industry.  Shirley handles all AP/AR related tasks and assists wherever needed with other projects as assigned. 

Design Engineer

Nathan Labrecque

Nathan joined RagnarTech for the summer of 2023 as a design engineer while completing his Engineering degree and started full time employment in May of 2024. Nathan is responsible for our attachments division and assists on all RagnarTech design projects.  Known for his attention to detail and perfection.   

Design Engineer

Tyler Lupinski

Tyler is an engineer who started his Career mid-2022 as an applications engineer, focusing on the fabrication of custom ordered repair parts. He  joined RagnarTech in the fall of 2023 as a design engineer helping to grow their lines of RagnarTech equipment, currently working on new applications of the tilt rotators and Assists on all RagnarTech design projects.

May 2021 RagnarTech, Inc becomes Exclusive USA Dealer for JAK Metalli Oy

JAK from Finland is the world leader in the manufacturing of grapple tree shears for excavators between 3-40 ton. RagnarTech provides fast delivery of units and parts from domestic inventory, customizing and fit ups to each carrier.

January 2023 RagnarTech becomes Exclusive USA Dealer for UFKES Greentec

Ufkes from Holland is the world premier supplier of chippers for tree care industries. RagnarTech provides fast delivery of machines, parts and service, as well as customization to suit various carrier or applications, trailer configuration etc.

March 2023 RagnarTech joined forces with Sherbrooke OEM

Sherbrooke OEM a premier supplier of Recycling Systems and world leader in optical sorting technology and RagnarTech partnered up in 2023 to offer the market an unprecedented line up of sorting and material processing technology.

August 2023 RagnarTech joins forces with Allbach

Albach a world leader in manufacturing of chippers and crane technology and RagnarTech have joined forces to develop the next generation all-terrain road worthy chassis with customized booms for the tree care industries utilizing both companies superior designs to provide the best overall solution both for the tree care industry as well as other markets.

May 2024 RagnarTech joins forces with Grupo Gusi

RagnarTech, is pleased to announce the order received from Grupo Gusi, in Mexico. One of the absolute largest and most well run cattle farm and meat processing companies in the world. With over 300 thousand heads of cattle to feed they need close to 40 ton per hour of ground hay. They chose Ragnartech’s new 9700 HZ grinder for the job. One of the many benefits over current designs is the 9700 ability to cut the hay to a specified size while minimizing the generation of unwanted fines. While maintaining high production and less power consumption per processed ton. We wish to extend a special thanks to the wonderful Gutierrez family for their trust in Ragnartech!
